Expectations-Your Thoughts Often Create Your Reality

Have you ever thought about how we usually get what we expect?  Maybe you may have noticed that when you expect something to happen it usually does?  It doesn’t matter whether it is positive or negative, it most likely happens.  We usually get what we expect.  Perhaps you’ve noticed that there are people that everything seems to turn out right for, no matter what the situation is?  They expect positive outcomes.  They get what they expect.  Yet for some of us we worry and fear the worst.  It is almost as if we are planning for the worst.  We may not realise it, but we expect things to go bad, they usually do.  Occasionally we might get a pleasant surprise and things turn out just right, but usually that is not the case.  This holds true to so many aspects of life, whether it is financial, performance, relationships or even health.  We tend to get what we expect, as if we are attracting it, creating it and making it happen.

When money is tight, new expenses always seem to occur.  You may need to replace an appliance, repair a car or some other unplanned expense may occur.  It seems like you just knew it would get worse, and it does.  Almost as if your thought made them happen.  Your performance is often a result of your expectations.  Perhaps you worry that you will not pass a test.  Or maybe you are about to participate in an athletic or artistic event and you are nervous or worried about how you will perform.  You may not do as well as you had hoped because your worry and nervousness effected how you performed.  Almost as if your thoughts created the outcome.  Perhaps you always seem to have relationship issues.  You may date the wrong people.  Perhaps you may repeat patterns.  Expecting the worst to occur and it does.  Sometimes this is true with health.  You fear the worst outcomes and sometimes that happens.  Worry and stress can have a negative effect on health.

But what if you could change what you expect?  What if you could be one of those people that no matter what the situation they expect to have positive outcomes and get positive outcomes?  What if you could change your thoughts in to positive ones?  What if you could change how you think?  What if you could change how you feel?  What if you could change how you react to things?  Imagine how good you will feel when things work out to your advantage.

Hypnosis is one way that you can change your thoughts.  You can transform your attitude.  You can change your expectations and create more positive outcomes.  Give it a try.  Expect positive outcomes!
